 Give your video a short title.
- Provide a brief description of your
video. Be sure to provide your name, e-mail
address, and phone number, along with
all the stars' names.
- Submit your video, either via:
- e-mail to
Videos@JuicePlusStarVideos.com
; or...
- send a non-returnable DVD
version to Juice Plus+ STAR Video

- Videos will be accepted, considered
and posted on an on-going basis. To
qualify for drawings for our Long Beach
Leadership Conference March 19-21,
however, we must receive your submission
no later than Friday, February 16, 2009.
- By submitting your video to NSA, you
grant NSA permission to use the video
for promotion of Juice Plus+ in all
forms of media, such as videos,
photographs, audio clips, etc.

cheers, raps, poems, skits – be creative! We
